Loan applications

• Submitting the application form is a request to apply for a loan only. It is not a loan and not an approval, and it does not create any obligation on Holgerson to lend.
• Holgerson may approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
• No loan comes into effect unless and until Holgerson approves it and you sign a separate written loan agreement.
• The binding terms of any loan — including the amount, interest, fees, repayment, and related undertakings — are set out only in that separate signed loan agreement, not on this website. Nothing on this site forms part of, or overrides, the signed loan agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, code, designs and trademarks — belongs to Holgerson Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or use it for commercial or other purposes without our prior written consent.

Use of the site and liability

• The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, error-free, or completely secure.
• Use of the site is at your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from your use of the site.
