Holgerson Ltd (הולגרסון בע״מ), company no. 515126985, a licensed credit provider (Licensed Credit Provider No. 54661) supervised by the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority (“Holgerson”, “we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our loan-application form, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and your rights. Using this site and submitting an application means you accept this Policy.

Information we collect

When you apply for a loan or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number, and address.
• Eligibility and employment details: work-permit status, and employer name, address and phone.
• Financial details: your requested loan amount and period, monthly salary, and bank account number (optional).
• Guarantor details(where a guarantor is involved): the guarantor’s name, email, phone number and address.
• Uploaded documents: your passport, and — if you have a work permit — your work-permit document.
• Technical/browsing data: collected automatically as you use the site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage data.

Why we use your information

We use your information to:

• assess and process your loan application;
• verify your identity and eligibility (including anti-fraud and “know-your-customer” checks);
• provide, service and administer any loan that is approved;
• communicate with you about your application or loan;
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed credit provider; and
• protect against fraud and secure our systems.

We do not currently send marketing communications. We may do so in future; if we do, it will be subject to your consent, and you will be able to opt out.

How your information is stored and shared

Your application data is stored using a third-party cloud data-processing service (Supabase) hosted outside Israel. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers who help us operate the service (such as our cloud data processor), to the extent needed to provide it;
• where required by law, regulation, or a court order, or to regulators; and
• to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.

How long we keep your information

We keep applicant data for 7 years.
